Returns We accept returns for all items purchased from Mad-Under, as long as they are returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
